What WE do:
- Research and confirm all utility, local, state and federal rebates, financing options and other incentives.
- Enter all data collect from on site audit into our proprietary software.
- Coordinate any desired comprehensive contractors such as HVAC, Compressors, Refrigeration etc.
- Provide detailed proposal with ROI / Payback charts and graphs - INCLUDING YOUR LOGO.
- Directly answer any customer questions about equipment or incentives.
- Provide prefilled applications for any incentives.
- Submit all applications including quotes, invoices, cut sheets, DLC verifications, equipment lists, energy savings calculations, W-9s, pre installation photos etc.
- Drop ship proven and tested, DLC premium LED fixtures at prices lower then distribution.
- Handle all back and forth communication with utility from start to finish.
- Coordinate any required post inspections.
- Insure all incentives are correct and paid promptly.
- Handle any material warranty issues.
- Process all customer deposits, payments and credits if necessary.
- Pay you when job is complete.
What YOU do:
- Locate an opportunity, complete an equipment audit with our easy to use forms.
- Email / fax form to our headquarters along with timelines and other relevant information.
- Present proposal to customer. (Or if you prefer, we will via group email / phone call / virtual meeting)
- Receive equipment prior to install. (unless being shipped direct to customer)
- Install all material.
- Complete a close out with simple form notating any changes / additions / subtractions.
- Provide basic photos of installed products / areas when required.
- Guarantee labor only issues for 1 year.
